On 13th December 2025, the Sisters of Saint Ann in Cameroon joyfully celebrated the Silver Jubilee (25 years) of religious life of six of their members at St François Xavier Parish, Koptchou, Bafoussam. The event was a profound moment of thanksgiving, faith, and communion.

The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by the priest in charge of Consecrated Life for the Diocese of Bafoussam, underscoring the Church’s appreciation for the gift of consecrated life. The homily was preached by Fr. Michael Niba Suh, who called the jubilarians and the faithful to renew their commitment to joyful service, fidelity, and perseverance in religious life.

Present for the celebration were Sisters of Saint Ann from various communities across Cameroon, members of the Lay Association of Saint Ann (LASA), family members, friends, priests, and religious from other congregations. Their presence expressed unity, gratitude, and strong support for the jubilarians.

The jubilee celebration was marked by prayer, song, and moments of deep reflection, acknowledging God’s sustaining grace throughout the 25-year journey of faithful service and mission. It was also a moment of encouragement for younger generations to listen attentively and respond generously to God’s call.

As the Sisters of Saint Ann continue their mission in Cameroon, this Silver Jubilee celebration stands as a testimony to God’s faithfulness and the enduring commitment of the jubilarians to live their consecrated vocation in love and service.
