Stages of Formation
The journey to becoming a Sister of Saint Ann follows a structured path of spiritual growth, formation, and commitment.
Aspirancy
Initial period of discernment where candidates explore religious life and the charism of the Sisters of Saint Ann.
Postulancy
Candidates live in community, deepen their prayer life, and begin formal preparation for religious life.
Novitiate
Intensive period of prayer, study, and spiritual formation culminating in First Profession of Vows.
Ends with First Profession of Vows
Juniorate
Period of continued formation, apostolic work, and preparation for final commitment to religious life.
Final Profession of Vows
Perpetual commitment to the religious life as a Sister of Saint Ann through the vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience.
