On Thursday 26th March 2026 the whole School joyfully gathered to welcome the National Education Secretary for Catholic Schools in Cameroon in the person of Fr Aurelien Mbea with his entourage. He was accompanied by the Diocesan Education Secretary for Buea; Fr Vincent Musue and his entourage.
On arrival he was received by the Principal Sr Doris Kiven and the staff body. This was followed by the singing of the National anthem and the School anthem and a number of activities to crown the ceremony.
Sr Doris Kiven in her welcome speech highlighted the brief history of the School and the successes recorded in the past decade.
Fr Aurelien expressed his gratitude to the students and encouraged them to remain resilient despite the challenges they might face.
To continue, the visitors made a visit to all the sites of the School and appreciated the quality of the facilities made available for the Students.
To end, Fr blessed the students and was given an opportunity to have an encounter with some of the students.
Finally, they had refreshment and departure. It was an extraordinary event. May the Lord continue to bless Fr Mbea in his mission of forming young minds and hearts.
